Quality – A Key Differentiator

When one is dealing with mission/life-critical equipment containing Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) / High-Level Assemblies (HLA) used in Aerospace & Defence, Medical, Industrial and Automobile. Quality Control & Quality Assurance becomes a critical activity that begins right from the stage of capturing the customer requirements, explicit as well as implied, through developing the concept & specifications, design, prototyping, manufacturing, testing & certification and up to the after-market support. Hence, it is not surprising that quality – whether it is at the organizational level or ingrained in our products and services – has been a key focus area for Raneal Advanced Systems.

CTQs (Critical To Quality) are the key measurable characteristics of the product whose performance standards or specification limits must be met in order to satisfy the customer. These outputs represent the product or service characteristics defined by the customer (internal or external). Raneal Advanced Systems develops a detailed Work Instruction, Process Flow, FMEA, Control Plan & Testing Procedures for each product, clearly specifying the measurement method, acceptance criteria, and recovery plan. All the CTQ’s are addressed in this documentation.
